Work closely with Project Manager / Project Leader, as a counterpart for project consultancy. mentoring project delivery team members, which includes making sure they adopt suitable project management techniques.
Doing Regular Oversee of running projects and giving the assessment of project execution/delivery by all project team members. While providing alerts to any relevant stakeholders. & Embark on field visits to gather real-time project data and information.
Proactively seek out real-time project information through field-based data collection
Responsible for coordinating support for a regional portfolio of projects and working with the respective region on strategy, prioritization of support, and other needs.
Accountable for ensuring the project stays on track with regards to both budgets and targets, through recording all documentation types.
Doing communication and uptake of risk and issue mitigation and escalation strategies with projects.
Monitor and update Project Key Success Metrics (PKM) and giving awareness to all stakeholder if any alignment shall be made or improve.
Identify and mapping the Project Key Success Metrics which correlated with Valuation.
Identify Risk and Opportunity from possible project scheme identified.
Create Improvement proposal for project executions, writing a chronological event, lesson learned to a project management library.
Having awareness of every financial transaction, verification of data integrity, analysis, editing, collaboration with data owners.
Create presentations – both regularly scheduled and ad hoc as business needs arise.
Providing assessment report of project delivery (the way we do project) vs. outcome.
Identify required Change Management process throughout project activities
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Communication, Industrial Engineering and Business Management
Proficient in using Microsoft office (365) and experience with any Project and/ Task Management Software
Having good listening skills and understanding from All Areas (aspects) such as business/commercial, operations, technology, financial, and People/Resources perspectives.
Having a Business Value mindset, Inquisitive, and enjoys learning new things from a variety of sources.
Strong Execution abilities, while analyzing situations, good leadership and communication skills, A reliable negotiator and diplomat with a Strategic Tactical Mindset.
Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and planning, while assessing every situation.
A Project Delivery leader, need strong analytical skills to enable and gather all relevant functions & information to drive the collaboration with accurate insights into a project's development based on key metrics.
